LDAP User: Unable to sync drupal user context field with ldap field

Hi

We are trying to use ldap to populate user information from ldap to drupal fields. When we choose to sync manager, hrmanager fields to user profiles which are user context fields then it doesn't get set properly.

What I can see is that the manager or hrmanager fields gives option the text like complete ou names .e.g. CN=user Name,OU=location,DC=company,DC=com. Ldap user module is not able to map it to corresponding user id and save it in manager field properly as user id or username.
