Sad to see Mothership no longer supported under Drupal 6. Thanks for all the D6 lulz, @mortendk.
If you're running Mothership 6.x-1.3, and you want to disable warnings on the updates page, you can do so with the patch I'm about to attach. It just removes the "project" line that drupal.org's packaging scripts adds, so Drupal doesn't "phone home" for the updates status.
Note: this only prevents Drupal 6 from telling you that Mothership is no longer supported. It doesn't protect you from that fact. Do this at your own risk! However, it might help your team avoid warning fatigue, if you hide "warnings you can't do anything about" in this way.

jp.stacey commentedPatch for 1.0-beta3, for much older builds. The hunk offsets in the patch attached to #1 were too large for it to work. Feel free to attach any other patches to this ticket, for other versions that need it.
