Hi,

I notice that the variable $html_attributes in html.tpl.php seems not working.
Always gives me the value dir="ltr" also for non "lrt" language.

In particular I tried with arabic translation of an english website.

I saw drupal in action here, but seems not working for me:

http://www.france24.com/fr/ (ltr)
http://www.france24.com/ar/ (rtl)

Zen doesn't control the contents of that variable. Drupal core does. Also, can you better describe what version of Drupal you are using and how you tested this functionality?
