My Blog Link

I am having trouble with getting the "My Blog" link to show up for all of my users. here is a little history.

I created a few users by using the add users feature. Some of them have the My Blog link show up properly in the Navigation block. One that I created using this feature does not have the My Blog link. I added some users using the User Plus and none of them see the my blog link.

These users all have the same roles.

Any ideas.
