The block admin page layout seems to be broken. The left sidebar is to the right of the content area and the width of the page is about double with the right sidebar far to the right.

I have attached a screenshot taken in Firefox 2.0.0.8 Mac but the problem also exists in Safari Beta 3.

There was a missing terminating semicolon on line 109 of layout-fixed.css. I ran a diff and created a patch which I have attached.
