After selecting a user at admin/config/people/masquerade, my page just reloads. The dblog says a session has been loaded for admin user after masquerading

user 05/25/2013 - 07:47 Session opened for Admin. Admin
access denied 05/25/2013 - 07:44 admin/config/people/masquerade test
masquerade 05/25/2013 - 07:47 User Admin now masquerading as test. Admin
