Hello,
I'm trying to find best solution if there is any to migrate my Drupal Comerce 1.7 store into Drupal Kickstart 2.7 ?
Information about my store (with cloths):
- 1000 products,
- 1 product displays
- 3 product types - with around 40 integer fields each + 3 seperate fields for image (front view of cloth, back and side)
- Taxonomies for categorizing, sizes, brands, colors
- MetaTags based on product description
- Additionaly my website have quite nice rankings so, I wouldnt like to loose them.
- I was also considering to find a way to import previous USERS / ORDERS - but its not necessary

bojanz commentedKickstart is meant to be used for starting new sites, and contains the exact same Drupal Commerce (1.7) that you already have.
So I don't see any point in migrating.
You already know which features you want your site to have. Investigate which Kickstart features fit your vision, and download just those modules
to get them (so for example, Inline Entity Form, Commerce Backoffice, Commerce Message, Shiny, Commerce Search API, etc).

narhir commentedthank you bojanz so much for your reply!
I tought that kickstart beside having the those all amazing modules additional have some small modifications that are only available for the kickstart profiles.

bojanz commentedThey do, but it's not worth it to redo your entire site for that. A migration is quite a bit of work (you'd need the Migrate module), and you'd still end up with features that you wouldn't need on your site.
Copy the tweaks that you need.
