I have both Outline and Organic groups plus OG User roles installed. Group admins have 'outline posts' permissions. When a group admin of one OG creates a new page or views an outline, s/he is allowed to see volumes of OG groups he is not member/admin of.

What can I do about this?

I am working on a second D5 release and a D6 upgrade. I'll check this issue, too. It might take a couple of weeks.
