I think is neccesary a reputation feature.

I propose some aspects:

  • Integration with Five Stars module
    • User level: Reputation of user
    • Offer level: Satisfaction with the service or product offered
  • Integration with Comments module
    • User level: comments about user
    • Offer level: comments about offers
  • Aditional functions:
  1. The user done a satisfaction value to transaction
  2. The system calculate the average of transactions satisfaction whith de provider user and this average appear in user profile

Thanks yes reputation is important but I have enough code to maintain right now, and reputation is also potentially complex. I have outlined a reputation framework which would be complex.
Fivestar is being developed very slowly in drupal 7
It has been proposed to develop a reputation system around transactions, in which case it needs to be special because payers and payees can rate each other.
Fivestar gives an average of the total, which isn't always appropriate. You might want to check someone's reputation in a category, or weight their recent ratings as more important than their old ones.
So yes, reputation is required, but it's not on the roadmap right now, because there aren't the resources to do it properly
