Why are comments missing on ubercart invoice?

I have latest ubercart installed and my client told me that the comments are missing from invoice when he prints the invoice. The comments can be seen when he edits the invoice.

I really dont know what to do. I went to order folder of the module and overwrote all files in the template folder. So there is nothing custom there. Any idea what might be wrong?
