Can't disable/tweak showing Category depth stats?

Description

Hi there,

Very interesting module -- thanks for posting it!

One annoyance though is how the "By Category » (Vocabulary)" functionality displays the node counts. Even on a Vocabulary that I have "Hierarchy: Disabled", the Node Browser shows "Category Term (0/2)" (showing me that I have two Nodes assigned to that Term). The "0" is completely redundant -- there is and will never be a tree-like hierarchy for this Term. All I want to do is display "Category Term (2)", in this example. Is this feasible?

And for my Vocabulary that does have either a Single or Multiple Hierarchy, I would like the option of not being forced to display the subcategory stats. For example, since I have 200 Nodes assigned to various Terms (US states and territories, in this example), Node Browser shows "United States (55/200)". ref: Example 1 JPG

Drilling down, I get the same thing I mentioned in the previous paragraph: unnecessary/redundant stats such as "Maine (0/11)" (11 nodes assigned to "Maine" US state term, again with the wholly unnecessary "0"). ref: Example 2 JPG

Is there a way to tweak/disable the module from displaying these Hierarchy stats?

Any guidance as to what I would have to tweak the node-browser.module file would be most appreciated...!

Cheers,
//TB
