workbench_email 7.x-3.0-rc1

Changes since 7.x-2.1

* Implemented hook_requirements().
* Integrate with Workbench Access.
* Fix error messages on sending.
* Update features export to export new variables.
* Add auto notify setting to fire email when state transition occurs.
* Add setting for author based notification.
* Rework admin pages, create one section called email, define email
transitions, ajax submit, inject emails section (ajax form).
* Remove rid from being exported in feature.
* Apply chosen js to select list.

Note: If you've featured out your workbench email settings from a previous release, you will need to re-create you're feature to remove the overridden state and return it to default on the features admin page.
