couple questions about events and views

1. I can not find where to choose other event types.
Here is what I want to do have an event type like event_radio I want this event to show up 15 minutes before the event and I don't see a way to add any math like event star time is > event start time - 15 minutes
In this view I want it to bring up a link to a conference room.

Can this be done I'm not seeing how or if that can be done.
