Multiple Vocabulary/term Placeholders

This is a great module, so first I say thank you!

I may not be seeing something obvious but it seems like you can only use the "parent" category for a node in the pathauto module.

It would be nice to be able to use all vocabularies/terms associated, or at least multiple.

There are two ways I see this working:
1) If the placeholders are generated on the fly based on the vocabulary: [vocab-1] [vocab-1-raw] [vocab-1-id], [vocab-2] [vocab-2-raw] [vocab-2-id] etc... depending on how many categories you had.

2) Simply allow us to specify the vocabulary using the above placeholders and put "Use this only if you know what you are doing" below the description of this type of placeholder.
