Currently CRAM only works when logging into a site via the user login block. When logging in via http://www.example.com/user, CRAM does not activate.
Most likely because the two form names for both login methods are user-login and user-login-form.

selmanj commentedResolved! md5.js now activates correctly on both user login forms. The fix was applied to CVS.
