Description
Statistics should be stored for anonymous users using tracking cookies. All statistics should be available and stored on the server, use a unique tracking id on server and client to facilitate this. See how Google track users.

There should also be an admin setting created so this functionality can be switched on/off. It should be off by default (not all admins will want to invade their user's privacy).
