we want to deploy the pift server on d.o, so that we can begin some real-world load tests, and also catch any more bugs we may have in the testing platform.

this initial deployment will _not_ send test results back to d.o -- we'll use it for examining how the incoming patches are handled by testing.drupal.org

the security fixes from http://drupal.org/node/201770 have been tested successfully between project.drupal.org and testing.drupal.org. -- we're ready to deploy on drupal.org.

the server is installed on d.o, and configured to send patch files for drupal core to testing.drupal.org.

i haven't enabled the file sending yet, because i'd like one of the folks at testing.drupal.org to be around when we turn it on, to check the initial performance, etc.
