Any Editor For the drupal exists?
in which we can use api function of drupal easily in our theme and module development

Komodo edit, if you create a new project it will automatically scan the project directory and give you autocomplete and parameter advice on all functions in the project (i.e. all drupal API + any of your own functions) ... and even better, its free! http://www.activestate.com/Products/komodo_edit/
