Hi, I have tried your module, but I have not see a way to insert into the results (of my search) the node that have a term of taxonomy that respect my search.

I have more node that have "photoshop" term taxonomy, but when I search for "photoshop" I can see all the node that have this word in title or body but no one in term taxonomy.

How can I do it ?

Make sure that your node has been indexed by running cron.php. You may verify the indexing status in Administer > Site configuration > Search settings.
