This issue on Content Access module (http://drupal.org/node/169991) explains the problem. My solution was to uninstall the ACL module (http://drupal.org/node/169991#comment-664079). So, I don't know if it's a problem with ACL or with Content Access. That's why I've posted on both sides.

It was the fault of content access as I've written in http://drupal.org/node/169991
Please test the latest content access version.
