go to admin/content/node2 and try to select operations.

values fail to save and you're taken back to the operations form.

if you go to the views overview page and 'add' the admin view, you can then set operations, but you cannot do so if you leave it default.

Workaround (until this is released) - I cloned the view and (I think this is the key part, probably all that has to be done) I selected all content types by default. Trying to save the view without selecting any content types in the "Type is one of" filter causes an error; my guess is this manifested as a silent error and prevented teh operations tab of the view from being saved.
