Mac doesn't like profile fields that contain linebreaks, i.e. Excel on a Mac starts a new row for every linebreak. Problem was reported to me by a client - I don't have this problem on my Windows.

A client reports now the same thing happening on Windows XP with Microsoft Office 2003
