Nodereference filter issue

If you use nodereference as a filter, it gives you the option when you edit the view to select the nodes; "Is One Of". If you select all the nodes in this list, you will be able to filter by all these nodes if you expose the filter.

Here is the problem: If new nodes are added to this list, they are not automatically selected. This means that they aren't immediately available to users to filter on. I understand that these couldn't be automatically selected with the "Is One Of" option, because for some filters you in fact do want only a few selected. Is what I'm asking for possible with "Is None Of"? If not, I wonder if a new option needs to be created? I thought a "Is All Of" used to exist if fact?
