On My site the module works however when you click on the links to certain nodes you end up getting Array, Array, Array in the top right.

mdellosso, is the site live so we can see the problem in action?

Some questions to help narrow in:
Are you using a custom theme (sounds like it must be)?
Is the Array Array Array in place of the Nice Menu or in addition to it?
What kind of "certain nodes"?

If you are getting different display when going to pages of certain nodes then it sounds like you've got a custom theme function doing something odd. More information and a live site will help troubleshooting though.

Our site has the same "array" when you log on in the top right corner. Any ideas? The site is at www.hbl.org.

I see this is closed, but I was asking this very same question the other day, and I figured it out, so I though I'd share.

This has to do with your theme ,specifically the SNU theme in the UN Themes suite, and not actually nicemenu. These themes have a secondary menus coded into the page template, so if you don't use those 'array array' will show up. Just comment that stuff out, and the 'Array Array' secondary menus will disappear.
