First of all, great mod, thank you so much for creating it!

I have everything working, but when I try to use thumbnail navigation instead of numerical navigation the little thumbnail squares are blank.. does it not support them or do I have some setting wrong?

Turns out that for some reason the thumbmails were adding pluses instead of % signs so the images were not found.
