open user contact form for anonymous users

Hi All
is it possible to open the users contact form (user/x/contact) for anonymous users
I don't see a permission settings for this , (I have checked access user profile permission)
only registered users are allowed to use other users contact form

That is not possible out of
That is not possible out of the box and as far as I know there is no module for it.
You might want to use the contact module.
Enable it and goto admin/build/contact where you can create several contact forms with different receipents.
