Description
Attached is a patch to port the Add and Reference module to Drupal 5. This patch is against HEAD.
Please make sure makara gets the credit for the port. I'm just supplying the diff from the Drupal 4.7 module to his work for Drupal 5.

I've tested all patches that had appeared to port to 5.x (total of 3 as I had seen, and 2 versions of form_restore - this one has incorporated it) and this is the only one that works perfectly. The others have problems trying to restore infos not saved but already chosen from the nodereference fields. Also I could finally work over this one to have Enhanced NR Autocomplete compatible (if there is somebody interested, just post here so I could prepare a patch).
The unique inconvenience of this one is that it not generates the .install and .info files.

I'm really sorry folks! I was absent for this work so long time. My idea with form_restore has bad luck.
