Add editor/markup filter(s)

A basic editor would be nice, along the lines of BUeditor, or we could add a markup filter like MarkSmarty either instead of in addition to that. (I'm kinda of liking the BUeditor and MarkSmarty combo.)

Before this has the potential to get out of control - THERE WILL BE NO WYSIWYG. No modules that require additional 3rd party code will go into this profile. That just makes things even more complicated. Please do not start a flame war.
