Steps to reproduce: Try to change "post settings". Even if this page isn't big, it could be shorter.

At [1], it was suggested to replace the two radio buttons with a checkbox - "Must users preview posts before submitting?". This would shorten the page a bit and would make it easier to understand at first sight.

I like the checkbox idea, but the word Workflow is confusing and seemingly irrelevant.
