Create documentation for common blogging tasks/setups

This would include things like how to set up the contact page or direction for setting up "advanced" features on their own like maybe installing tagadelic to get a tag cloud, etc.

I'd like this in the README but also as a premade page in the profile that folks can refer to once they have installed.
