Headings from /cart/review (logged in user purchasing a file)

As you can see email address heading is there, but no email is listed next to it.
Below is a snapshot from the email sent to the webmaster confirming the transaction:

Again the email field is blank.
Listed in /admin/store/transaction
customer is not linked to any account, and when clicking edit header it says anonymous and no email listed in that section either.
Quite odd, considering that it’s a registered user purchasing these things, and it’s not showing up the email field.
Anyone else have this issue?, does anyone have a patch, I searched for info.... but could not find anyone else who posted a similar issue.
PS: the customer does get a recept of transaction, so the system does know their email, its just not being recorded in the specified sections above.
