How to implement YUI with drupal

I would like to use YUI library in my project. But in drupal I have found only YUI, YUI menu, YUI Editor & YUI Calendar modules. I want to use panels, animation, container, rich text editor etc... with YUI. Can I do it in drupal?

YUI is the library you woudl have to code drupal modules to interact with. just as YUI Calendar, YUI Menu and such do.
