I'm having trouble with the preview stage of editing an existing video node. I often find the page with the animated uploading graphic gets stuck and does not progress to the submit step. When I find this error I am usually doing this, in this order:

1. Locating an existing video node, node has uploaded video and uploaded thumbnail.
2. I click the edit node tab and get the edit node screen as normal.
3. Make my simple changes (such as a new tag or fixing a typo)
4. I click the preview button, which is required on our site for all users since it runs the spam.module filters.
5. No progress. I'm just waiting for the preview to load.
6. Sometimes when this actually does work and I get to the submit page, the thumbnail and/or the video file has been deleted.

Just wanted to make these notes, I know the author is working on a next version.
