Simple drupal solution required - $1000.

I have a simple requirement I need to fill and don't have the time to figure it out myself. I need to deliver training information.

I need to be able to deliver context sensitive blocks to each point on a drupal installation that needs specific training information. I want to host all of this content from a central 'page' on the website and have it push out to the required context. As current context sensitive blocks, I'd also like the user to be able to control visibility of that block by entering their user account and check/uncheck a box for each type of content.

So...

If I have 7 Content Types I'd want to be able to go to one page that lists the education instructions for each CCK type that I could edit centrally and would only show up in a block on /node/add/ccktype pages. Ideally, I would also like a single block in the blocks admin that i could move around to put that training information in different places.

• One block showing up in block admin that I could place in 'content top' or use block visibility with
• One page with all Content types listed with space to insert educational information for each content type
• Context sensitive blocks appearing for each content type at a specific time (originally at /node/add)
