Steps to reproduce: Create a new menu.

The "Remember to enable the newly created block in the blocks administration page." text from the "add menu" page to the form-submit page. At the current position, it can be easily overlooked.

This text has now been removed. A reminder should be added to the message provided after successful menu-add on admin/build/menu-customize/menu-MENUNAME
