Description

Hi,

I think the GUI is already ok.
But for selecting a specific term right now I think you have to click one time to much.
With a 3 deep nested taxonomy tree the parent term of level 2 is only selectable when you expand the tree to level 3.
See attached picture 1: (cck_tax_1)

What I think would improve the easienest of using this module, would to have the selection radiobutton in front of the drilldown tree as shown in powerpoint-picture attached as picture 2: (cck_tax_2).

Will this be possible please?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

greetings,
Martijn

It seems to me that one should already be able to do this via CSS, though it is probably tricky. As for providing this as an option in the future, I think it is a good idea, so I'll throw it on the pile. I hope to get to the updates for this module soon.

I'm not sure whether I will actually ever do this as it will require significant changes to the validation, submission, and post-processing functions since the array structure would be changed.

However, a CSS/theme-only solution could visually change this without changing the functions underneath. If anyone wants to tackle that- i.e. provide an alternative CSS/theme function combo, I'll review it and include it if it's clean. If I don't get to this sometime soon, I'll just mark as won't fix so as to not extend false hope. But at this point, hope isn't dead.

Hope it isn't dead too. This feature would be much more practical.
