I have site with style like:

I want to move it to drupal.
1. Can anybody to show site on Drupal similar what I need? (Sorry, site in Rassion but I think it's possible to undestand style)
2. Can anybody saggest web lancer to help me with convertion? I can pay PayPal, credit card or wire t/f?

Each organization is listed and many show their Drupal websites (http://association.drupal.org//civicrm/profile?reset=1&force=1&gid=4&sea.... Also individual memberships might help you find a web developer. Good luck.

I have developed various websites in drupal. Its not a very difficult task.....but i an unable to understand about those blocks which are placed in header. If its possible then send me the details about that so that i can understand easily.
