form_mail gives an error on send - url "feedback/send" not on server
Tried changing the post setting by adding q= in the code. Now it gives an SMTP
error, with no detail.

Also, it doesnt save the settings of phone and address in the settings section.

I have the feedback module working perfectly.
It sends to me the messages.
I want to have "the send a copy to me" chech button at the bottom as in the DRUPAL site.
I have tried with the module form_mail, but I can't launch it.
I go to the setting, perfect, I save and later I can't create any form.
We would very pleased if you can get me any idea about how to fix it,

In addition, I need some web forms as the profiles ones, to allow the particpants have a set of different forms to request more info or provide different types of feedbacks and contributions.
