Are there extensions out there that would support a Real Estate Development/Vacation Rental website that wants run on Drupal? For ex: Mossets Hot Property extends Joomla very nicely - anything similar to that for Drupal?

CCK - build your pages with exactly the data and information you need to include.

VIEWS - display the information required in response to whatever user selections are.

ECOMMERCE - to handle your actual money.

Various other little utilities exist to, for example, cancel listings after set periods etc.
