Uploaded file path via "Browse Server" how to push "OTHER" instead of "HTTP" (fckeditor+imce)

I have another problem with my setup.

When I upload files like .doc, .pdf, etc via clicking "LINK" in fckeditor, everything works perfectly except file path for uploaded file looks like this:

http://doc_sys/?q=system/files/mil_aero/printthispagebrief.pdf

Obviously when user clicks it won't work. It either has to remove "http://" or add "domain.com". Is there anyway to solve this problem? Either solution will work, I just don't know where to manipulate this.

I use fckeditor and imce for file managing.
