Customize XML to HTML tags

1. When I import a particular RSS feed, the <title> tags are converted to <h2> tags. It would be better for me to convert them to <h3> tags. It might be useful to be able to other tags and text into other customizable tags and text.

2. This could be extended with other functions such as (a) Match/Ignore item title containing keyword (b) Likewise item contents.
