I've created a module calling it Vocabulary List, later I noticed that there is module with same name, so I've renamed mine to "List Nodes by Vocabulary".
Now in my profile page I have both of'em.
How can I fix that?

That is a list of projects where you have had activity in CVS. Because you did have one action with CVS with the Vocabulary List project (http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=80968), it's now forever listed in your profile page. There's nothing more you can do.
