Top level book pages show no content when viewed in IE. The content is there and you can even rollover and click links in the content, but nothing shows up, or it flashes on and off. You can see this by going to http://sarahhousesb.org/help . I hope there is a quick fix for this.

I can reproduce this on the URL you mentioned, but not on a test site of my own. I'm guessing it is a complication of some modifications you made to the theme.
