Hi, I've been using this module -I like 'spartan' ;-) and found some issues when trying to translate the feature list to other languages.

This patch includes some updates for 4.6 and fixes some issues:

- Module description
- Some updates committed for 4.5 but not in cvs
- Menu not showing the 'add' option

+ Makes feature categories truly translatable and removes the global variable

+ Provide a 'feature_overview' function to show list in a php page -looks like in drupal.org

I'd still like to see customizable Categories (a patch exists somewhere for that),
but this is an improvement and fixes bugs.
