broken link in log entries

When a node changed its workflow state, the site log gets an entry like this:

workflow 23/12/2007 - 17:10 State of {content-type} {node title} set to {state}

Under the 'Operations' column on the log page (admin/logs/watchdog) there's a 'View' link. The link here is broken: it's http://example.com/81 instead of http://example.com/node/81.
