Hi,
I saw that free tagging is enabled with this module, great! But I miss the freetagging possibility AND parent selecting.
Now I can type in a new category, but it is not placed in the right hierarchy order.
I saw this is implemented on cck_taxonomy_ssu (http://drupal.org/project/cck_taxonomy_ssu), but because I already have content and terms attached that module is not usable for me. I attach a picture of freetaggging integration in that module. May be you can use it to your advantage?
Is it possible to integrate that functionality to this module please?
Thanks in advance for your reply!
greetings,
Martijn

jcisio commentedFree tagging feature is matured in 6.x. About "parent" and "hiearachy", I don't know what is the relation with free tagging.
summit commentedThe relation is to be able to have free tags "under" a non-free tagging category, so subcategories can arise using freetagging.

jcisio commentedGreat! An issue has been inactive for 3 years, and the OP replies right after it is updated!
AFAIK, free tagging or not, is related to a vocabulary, not to a term (category). When you add a new tag in the front end, you can't select the parent. You can only do that in the backend. All that is the core taxonomy behavior. And I don't see interest to implement "parent" here with TSS.

summit commentedHi Hai-Nam, I understand, right now I am using hierarchical select. That gives this functionality only I have to add every term separately and not in a freeformat comma seperated list.
