I see a lot of very old issues without any response, so...
is there any maintainer?
I can see KarenS did the last commit at june the 17th...

The method used by this module (combining Taxonomy and Organic Groups access control) is just too unwieldy to support. I've created a new module, Views Gallery (and Views Gallery OG), that uses nodes as galleries and works much better. That will be the D6 solution. See notes on the project page.

No, I'm not working on a D5 version of that new method. There is no D5 version of all the modules needed to do it and everything in D6 is totally different anyway (all of Views is different). The new method works much much better, and D7 is on the horizon, so hopefully most people will be switching to D6 very soon if not already.

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, like many others, I am stuck with D5 due to other modules that are not D6 ready.
This is especially disappointing given the many hours spent unsuccessfully trying to get this module to work. Not that I don't appreciate your efforts - of course.
