Issue Summary
Can the X-XRDS-Location be left out of page headers if it is set to blank? It isn't needed usually and in some cases it causes confusion / problems (IE: with Verisign's Seatbelt extension for Firefox, setting it seems to cause problems with delegation).

I agree, this is a good idea. I'll put it in once I get the time. This applies to both 6.x and 5.x versions.
