I have installed & enabled the cck module. But i didn't get the option to configure the cck module. How can I configure the cck module in administer side?

There's no global settings page for CCK.

CCK provides you with some fields to add to your nodes. When you add a field then you have a settings page specific to that field.

For example, go to the q=admin/content/types/story page to customize your 'story' content type. You'll find a new tab: "Add field." Click it. Add some sample field. You'll arrive at a settings page(s) for it.
