Hi,
Perhaps it would be nice to integrate this with the token module so you could do variations on the "me" in the url. For example it would be nice to be able to have the users name in the url instead of "me".
I would attempt this myself, however I definitely lack the drupal know how...
Thanks for a great component though!

ahoeben commentedI don't see any use cases for this. Your example sounds good, but would actually be rather unintuitive. For example, my username on drupal.org is ahoeben. With your suggestion, I could type in the url /user/ahoeben, only to be redirected to /user/7557
I don't think this is worth the overhead of using token.module for token replacements.
